| In a recent study, the Champlain LHIN ranked first of 13 ranked LHINs and fourth in Canada of 30 large health regions. The rankings, developed by Dr. Wallace Lockhart from the University of Regina, were based on 19 indicators in three broad areas: quality, access, and patient satisfaction.
